Position summary

- Review content on short-video platforms and conduct the content quality control in specific markets, make sure the contents comply with local policies, regulations and culture; - Handle appeal cases and reports from vendors - Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content by understanding the review policies and guidelines; - Identify improvement opportunities in workflow by using daily data analysis and suggest solutions; - Analyze the risk level of incidents and assess the safety status of the community and products; Minimum Diploma in any discipline. - Minimum 1 year working experience as Quality Assurance Analyst. - Experience in working in BPO/call center/customer service environment. - Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety will be an added advantage. - Comfortable with and understand that the job requires reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and / or contain explicit materials - Has an eye for details. - Possesses good interpersonal skills. - Able to work independently. - Ability to speak and read in Arabic language and English fluently; - Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
