Position summary

- Provide planning and strategic advice based on location, workplace and seating requirements - Deliver actionable plans after assessing the feasibility, cost effectiveness and other dimensions of business space requirements such as seating, meeting rooms and other functional areas - Identify potential blockers in daily workflows, systems and other scenarios; advise on effective use and optimisation - Stay updated on global/regional policies, regulations and business/market environments; communicate and collaborate closely with partner teams and stakeholders advising as applicable - Bachelors degree or above, and/or equivalent experience - Professional expertise and experience in real estate, with some degree of understanding/practice of space management, real estate project management and facility operations management - Good communication, presentation and organisation skills - Agile and flexible with a good collaboration/teaming approach - Able to integrate and coordinate information resources and strategic planning holistically while exercising sound judgment - 0-40% of travel within region/globally - Knowledge or experience using a current mainstream space management system is preferred - Experience managing / working on real estate and space planning across regions a plus
