What will I be doing?
- Design policy enforcement strategies that meet DACH market needs and mitigate safety risks on the platform.
- Drive strong policy guidance through data driven insights that capture the evolving nature of how harms manifest on our platform, as well as user perception and feedback.
- Provide both proactive and reactive policy support in escalation and crisis settings, and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of policy documents.
Note: This role can be based in Dublin or London
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in the technology industry, specifically working on content review, operations, and policy enforcement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct deep dives into policy enforcement data, moderation quality metrics, and user feedback trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate policy rationale and decisions succinctly with stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the German, Austrian and Swiss markets, including cultural context, user behavior, and emerging industry trends.
- Fluency in German and English as the role will be covering the DACH region
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with policy enforcement guidance and iteration in both machine and human moderation scenarios.
