About the Role
The ideal candidate will optimize processes and enhance efficiency of the global marketing team. They will also scale marketing operations best practices to improve the execution and performance of marketing campaigns. They will serve as the ear of their region, understanding regional nuances, and balancing a regional vs. global approach to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
Budget Management & Tracking
Oversee budget management for regional marketing activities
Serve as the regional primary point of contact for the Finance team and partner with them and Marketing Analyst to provide strategic insights on budget, ROI and expenses trends
Manage invoice processing and approvals for third-party suppliers and agencies
Track and reconcile budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting
Review, allocate, and manage budgets for marketing campaigns with regional leads, ensuring cost efficiency, effective resource utilization, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Marketing Technology Stack Management
Assess, implement, and manage marketing technology platforms, including CRM and email marketing tools which will benefit the global marketing team
Train regional marketing managers on MarTech tools, driving adoption and maximizing platform benefits
Procurement & Legal Compliance
Manage third-party contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies
Serve as the point of contact for SOW, MSA, and contract reviews in collaboration with our Legal team
Lead Operations & Management
Oversee lead ingestion and assignment processes for their region, ensuring seamless lead flow
Optimize lead management strategies to improve marketing and sales alignment
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Act as the connective tissue between the Global Marketing Enablement team and their regional Marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across initiatives
Implement a "Hub and Spoke" model to facilitate knowledge sharing and strategic execution between the global team and regional marketing teams. Enable, collaborate and share learnings with regional counterparts to achieve true global success
Drive strategic opportunities, pilot roadmap initiatives, and lead special projects as needed to support broader business objectives
