    About the Team
    We are seeking a dynamic Regional People Partner to join our forward-thinking, fast-paced, and agile organization. In this role, you will be a key partner to multiple departments across the APAC region, driving people initiatives that align with our rapid growth and evolving needs. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring our people strategies keep pace with the demands of a cutting-edge company.
    This role is a critical connector between global HR strategies and regional implementation, requiring a balance of forward thinking and operational excellence. Working across 11+ countries, forging strong relationships with both Regional and Global HR teams, including our centres of Excellence (CoE) HR teams to deliver growth and results is critical for success. You should be prepared to engage thoroughly with operational HR processes while maintaining a strategic perspective, and be able to work independently given the geographically distributed nature of the team.
    The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate strong learning agility, proactive thinking to anticipate potential challenges, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

    Specifically, you will:

    1. In collaboration with our COE teams, manage and resolve people-related issues and processes such as transfers, organizational changes, data and reporting, system changes, etc;
    2. Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data and trends to influence business decisions.
    3. Serve as a key point of contact for regional employee relations, ensuring alignment with Global/Regional policies whilst tailoring approaches to the regional or business context.
    4. Oversee talent acquisition efforts, supporting regional hiring needs.
    5. Support the business through organisational change, acquisitions, or regional restructuring. These changes can be globally driven, therefore the ability to work as part of a global programme of work is critical.
    6. Enhance leader capability throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; execute a goal-setting agenda with 360 performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibration process.
    7. Responsible for driving people-related initiatives and projects across the region, including the implementation of workforce planning and headcount modeling. This role will ensure alignment with business objectives while optimizing talent management and resourcing processes.
    8. Track and analyse regional HR metrics (e.g. Attrition, engagement), using these with external trends and insights to recommend actions to improve the employee experience and drive business impact.
    9. Leverage the COEs (HR Centers of Excellence) to develop and implement programs that foster employee engagement, D&I, and longer term success.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • HR generalist or people partner experience, ideally in a multinational organization, prior experience managing HR functions across multiple countries or regions.
    • Strong understanding of regional labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operational tasks, Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, Proficiency in HR data analysis and different technology.
    • High level of resilience: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, navigate challenges, and maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude in the face of adversity; Adaptability: Ability to navigate complex, dynamic, and evolving environments across different regions.
    • Cultural Awareness: Understanding and appreciation of regional cultural nuances and their impact on HR practices.
    • Business Acumen: Ability to link HR initiatives with business objectives and understand the broader business environment.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Fluency in English is required, with additional regional language skills being a plus.
