Team Introduction: The Administration Department takes the lead in developing an exceptional workplace experience across regional offices. They drive workplace strategy, optimize performance, and enhance productivity and cost-efficiency. Through innovative programs and initiatives, they create a unique and user-centric workplace journey. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize space utilization and efficiency for all workplace users, including hybrid and remote setups. The team also oversees essential services and continuously evolves its approach to elevate the company culture and foster a vibrant work environment. Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the overall workplace experience inclusive of the office, internal and vendor team(s) - including suppliers, SLAs, KPIs and contract negotiations across the regional(s) office portfolio. • Create and drive the workplace strategy, business development and productivity plans with key global and business unit regional leaders; operationalizing it across the business units and sub-departments to create an aligned regional experience. • Innovate and drive workplace optimization programs to enhance performance, productivity, cost and innovation across the organization. • Develop global and regional programs independently and with COEs to enhance the workplace experience (inclusive of facilities, events, digitization, hospitality programs, etc). • Assess risks/gaps and implement regional/global proactive solutions, policies and guidelines to support a unique and great workplace experience. • Complex regional and global project management (including governance) across large/small scale projects (e.g., office moves, return to the office, internal programs, regional events, etc). • Create & elevate the company culture through community experiences and well-being initiatives (e.g., gifting, events, well-being facilities, etc). • Partner with cross-function teams to enhance space utilization, efficiency & productivity supporting the return to office, hybrid, remote and in-office cohesive experiences for all workplace users. • Create, apply and evolve a 'user first experience' mentality by creating and embedding the workplace journey - continuously improving and elevating leading-edge services. • Plan, execute, forecast and monitor spend & productivity efficiencies. • Support where needed in overseeing food, hard/soft and other workplace services independently and in collaboration with other teams. • Substantial leadership experience supporting workplace strategy, programs and operations • Strong team leadership, development, business partner and stakeholder management skills • Holistic workplace, office management, community, events and facilities experience • Business strategy and development plans evidenced with success • Productivity and risk management experience • Contractor/vendor and finance/budget/P&L management • Complex/routine global program and project management • Strong ownership, data and insight skills; - integrates and applies strategic and operational thinking in daily practices and projects • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills (oral and written) • Experience or potential to act at the regional level to influence and drive decisions & programs • Excellent judgment, decision-making & influencing skills, particularly in complex situations • Innovative and solution-focused.
