- Participate in risk containment efforts across various global cross-functional teams including Public Policy, Legal, Product and Engineering, among others to handle and respond to crisis
- Analyse incident trends, systems and data to develop improvements to the overall incident processes and drive improvements across process, policy and product
- Stakeholder collaboration: utilize data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and transform frontline signals into product, policy, and detection enhancements.
- Conduct analysis, review market data to identify root causes and implement lessons learned into policies, processes, and tooling improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in Trust & Safety Operations or Incident, Policy, Risk or Crisis Management roles
- Strong knowledge of the DACH region, with high proficiency in both German and English to effectively engage with regional stakeholders and global teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with different teams
- Good project management skills, with a proven record of driving change from conception to execution
- Flexibility with global working hours and with working on certain weekends, on a rotation basis
- Knowledge of cultural sensitivities and regional differences in harmful content definitions and enforcement
Preferred qualifications:
- Quantitative skills, a data driven mindset; SQL skills are a plus
- Experience working in a technology, start-up, or digital platform environment
- Understanding of trust and safety tech policies, global legal and regulatory frameworks related to online safety and harm prevention communication
