TikTok is seeking a Reward Analyst to support our Compensation Benefits and Performance team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a Full-time role located in Mountain View, Los Angeles California or New York. Responsibilities: 1. Provide research, analysis and insights to support the delivery of market leading reward programs and initiatives. 2. Recommend and develop analysis tools and templates to drive efficiency and effectiveness in reward program design and implementation. 3. Work with HR center of expertise to ensure accurate implementation of reward design and policy / process changes. 4. Work with reward and HR business partners and third party vendors to ensure external data and information requirements are effectively delivered. 5. Undertake regular benchmarking and external market research to ensure external alignment (to prevalent and emerging practice) / market competitiveness and internal equity. 6. Provide data, insights and analysis for management reporting as needed. 7. Supporting regional and country-specific projects through provision of data, insights and analytical capability. 1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a reward / compensation analyst, in tech sector and / or consulting experience preferred. 2. International experience, working with multiple stakeholders. 3. Strong analytical and project management discipline - comfortable dealing with ambiguity. 4. Effective communication / "story telling" skills - must be able to see beyond the data.
