Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for identifying, analyzing, responding to, and solving problems related to eCommerce content, including but not limited to risky or low-quality content, and compromised user experience
- Review and respond to risky content in the eCommerce ecosystem, and come up with solutions to drive a healthy eCommerce ecosystem for creators and consumers
- Create, maintain, and execute incident management processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to propose end-to-end solutions, including but not limited to defining SLAs, handover processes, and post-mortem analysis
- Dive into the business to develop a great understanding of user behaviors, develop guidance for users, strategize long-term risk mitigation plans for violative or risky content, and collaborate with stakeholders to measure successes
- Conduct industry and/or competitor analysis around incident management to keep up with best in class practices
- Bachelor degree or above, majors in computer science, mathematics and statistics are preferred;
- Having at least two years of experience of e-commerce integrity, familiar with the major e-commerce products in global markets, having a great passion for content ecosystem
- A critical thinker with experience in incident management to manage incident to short-term and long-term solutions
- A good sense of ownership with great communication and time management skills

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $71777 - $155555 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
