Position summary

We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. Our Safety Labeling Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in performing audits and identifying errors, and swiftly addressing them in time to ensure excellence in our moderation efforts. What will I be doing? - You will perform daily audits on our internal moderation systems, working closely with Safety Specialists to provide feedback on the quality of audits - You will identify potential errors in policy and conduct quality meetings with the respective teams to provide analysis of errors and correct them in time - You are responsible for working with training teams to align on the policy understanding of the QA and labelers - You will be providing support on Policy/Quality related questions on an ad-hoc basis - You are responsible for guiding new joiners to achieve ramp up targets - Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news. What should I bring with me? - You will come with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, with minimally a year of working experience as a QA Analyst - You have experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling will be an added advantage. - You bring with you good interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. - English and Khmer language proficiency are a must.
