Position summary

- Perform daily Quality tasks for audit purposes;
- Conduct thorough data analysis, feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and weekly feedback on moderation quality;
- Provide feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps;
- Cooperate with moderation teams and Market POC to ensure moderation quality is up to standard;
- Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred;
- Minimum 1 year working experience as Quality Assurance Analyst;
- You are a fast learner, good communicator and proficient in English and Mandarin since the role will oversee China market
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling will be an added advantage;
- Strong attention to details and ability to work independently;
- Possesses good interpersonal skills.
