• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure adherence to established guidelines and standards.
• Monitor the quality of content review for complex and high-quality content and ensure credible quality result output.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement that will enhance the review of complex content.
• Provide feedback to team members about quality performance outcomes, analysis, and interpretation of data.
• Develop and implement training for team members to enhance the quality of their work output.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish quality improvement goals, targets, and priorities.
• Create and execute projects aimed at enhancing the priority and quality of content review.
• Communicate outlined expectations and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team lead.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in English and Korean
• Proven experience in quality control and continuous improvement in high-quality and complex content review.
• Excellent content analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
• Experience working with content review tools and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
