Position summary

1. Quality inspection of labeled data on time and ensure the quality; 2. Localize the labelling guidelines, support the guideline training, and align the guideline updates; 3. Conduct calibration meeting with the labelling team in the appeal process: analyze diff cases, record and evaluate their performance, offer solution and suggestion for the current problem to help the team improve the accuracy rate and alignment; 4. Work closely with R&D(Research and Development) and PM(Product Manager) in order to provide feedback on data quality; 1. Bachelor’s degree or above 2. Excellent language skills (Indonesia & English), overseas working/training is a plus 3. Learn about search engines, familiar with social media platforms 4. An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users 5. Strong ability to learn and understand 6. Familiar with common office software, labeling experience is preferred
