Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including operational delivery, problem resolution, change management, performance management and career development

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing managers and scaled operations teams within T&S/Tech or similar field
Demonstrated experience of growing and scaling large teams in a fast-paced environment and conducting strong quality management
Preferred Qualifications
Candidate with an advanced degree or equivalent
Excellent communication skills and proven record of effective collaboration with global partners and XFN stakeholders regionally and globally
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates sound judgment, as well as training and coaching skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex data analysis to derive key insights
Ability to develop strategies, prioritise projects, and ensure the delivery of high quality work under time constraints
