With its social-friendly features, Resso empowers music fans to tune in together, express themselves more creatively, and connect with the rest of the community. - Develop discovering and programming strategies for music global contents and be responsible for the quality and timeline of key outputs - As the owner of Top-quality Content programming, you'll need to develop the strategies for theme selection and production constantly to ensure and innovate the music experiences for global users - Lead the long-term iteration of music knowledge graph though developing construction plan and be responsible for the coverage, accuracy and structure of metadata(genre etc.) - Set up core operation metrics and evolve the programming strategy through monitoring and analysing the data - Coordinate with global product, ops, bd teams and ensure the implementation of projects through excellent communication skills -Experience in fast growing, dynamic technology driven environments. Music digital steaming platform working experience is preferred - You are expected to be a master in music genres and the culture behind. Having sufficient professional knowledge and knowing the latest music trends from A to Z - You are a perfectionist in content editorial and have your own perception of aesthetic - You are well organized, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay exceptional attention to detail - Native English speaker is preferred - Passionate about music.
