Responsibilities
Drive product design, planning and implementation of the Middle Mile Transportation Management System (TMS).
Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis of transportation planning and execution systems and develop detailed project plans to enhance the core logistic and supply chain systems supporting domestic and cross border e-commerce business.
Apply data visualizations to translate business needs into written technical requirements to resolve technology issues and achieve strategic business objectives.
Collaborate with various internal, cross-functional teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies and report on project performance to leadership.
Define trackable analytics and success metrics to monitor and analyze project status and performance to drive product upgrades and innovations.
Mentor junior-level team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Communication Management, Marketing, Analytics, Logistics or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Communication Management, Marketing, Analytics, Logistics or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Developing and enhancing transportation management systems (TMS) to support e-commerce logistics and improve operational efficiency and scalability;
Utilizing TMS module to develop Transportation Planning, Transportation Execution, Transportation Rating Engine, or Transportation Settlement;
Performing market and competitor research to determine customer needs and pain points to identify gaps and market opportunities to build new products;
Developing automated workflows and real-time metrics dashboards to enable data-driven insights and improve decision-making across teams;
Designing product prototype using Xmind, Axure, or Figma to produce product requirements document (PRD); and working directly with engineering team; and
Designing and executing multi-stage Go-To-Market and product testing strategies, including A/B testing to validate product-market fit.

Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 25%.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
