Position summary

As a Product Technology Manager for IT Productization, you will be responsible for improving the performance of our internal product incubation, activation and scaling by establishing and executing on a long-term roadmap for systems and tools, including designing the next generation of tools to support our business needs and managing the lifecycle of our existing portfolio. Responsibilities: - Design and drive roadmaps for systems and tools within IT operations, provide expertise to scale product and partner support, feature launches and localizing products. - Strong understanding of project management / office intelligence / internet of things. - Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional Intelligent Creation members including software engineers, UX designers, and project managers. - Develop and manage short and long-term strategic platform and infrastructure projects across cross-functional teams. - Keep track of domestic and global product trends, as well as having insights on similar products in the industry. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. - 7-10+ years of relevant experience, including internal product management or product life cycle. - Solid understanding of project management, office intelligence and internet of things. Knowledge of open platforms such as Lark Open Platform is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Go, Python, JavaScript. - Self-starter who can manage large cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results with limited supervision. - Multi-language TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
