Position summary

The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences. Responsibilities 1. Designing and launching innovative products that help advertisers meet their goals by leveraging TikTok's unique user engagement powers. 2. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, define go-to-market strategy and pricing model. 3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global advertising market and the needs of advertisers, especially brand advertisers. 4. Collaborate closely with User Product team, engineering team and other cross-functional teams to drive product implementation. 1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in computer science or equivalent science/technical field strongly preferred; 2. 5 years of experience in product management 3. You are: Highly analytical, laser focused on the needs of the user, able to define product roadmap despite ambiguity and uncertainty, and data oriented but will not freeze if little data is available - you will make a decision. 4. Start-up experience preferred 5. MBA strongly preferred 6. Familiarity with digital advertising and customer demand, and an understanding of Ads delivery strategy preferred 7. Strong sense of logic and critical thinking skills; facts and data-driven approach to problem-solving. 8. Strong sense of internet/technical products and curiosity for innovations.
