As a Quality Project Manager, you will sit in the Quality Improvement Team of Monetization Integrity and be responsible for key quality metrics, deliver RCA analysis reports with recommendations to continuously drive content moderation quality improvement with XFN strategic communications set up.
You will perform workflow management to streamline all processes to ensure the efficiency of request intake, moderation guideline iteration and the implementation of projects.
Team Engagement, including meeting arrangements, documentation (Reports, OKRs, Wiki, etc.), OKR tracking, team building also falls in your scope that contributes to showcasing important deliverables of the team and helping teammates gain more understanding of Quality Improvement's success.
