About the team: VideoArch team is a middle platform team which provides SDK and backend services for Tiktok focusing on Live-Streaming, Video-On-Demand and Real-Time-Communication.VideoArch QA team provides solid quality support for these businesses with good deliveries. VideoArch QA team consists of client-side QA sub-team, service-side QA sub-team and business technical support sub-team. Responsibilities: - Taking ownership of product quality on video-on-demand/live-streaming/real-time communication systems from the service-side including designing test strategy, writing test cases, executing functional/performance/regression cases, verifying bug fixes and giving test reports - Responsible for tracking task progress, assessing potential risk, coordinating across teams, providing delivery with good quality - Responsible for developing automation new features and regression test cases and building CICD related work - Responsible for building/optimizing development and QA process to help improve quality and efficiency - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant - Proven work experience in black-box and white-box testing, functional and performance testing, experience in service side testing is a plus - Demonstrated coding skills in python/go/java, experience on automation test framework like pytest/testNG is a plus - Excellent learning, troubleshooting, and communication skills - Passionate, self-motivated and good teamwork skills TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
