As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities

• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot seller issues, including order management, account setup, inventory uploads, and resolving policy violations.
• Policy Awareness: Stay updated on TikTok Shop and Tokopedia regulations and ensure sellers and creators comply with them.
• Coordination Across Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Other admin-related work and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Actively enrolled university student
• Detail oriented, highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools
• Can support 4-5 days/week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with an e-commerce platform - prior experience with platforms would speed up onboarding and make training easier.
• Creative skills in visual layout/design - basic design or layout skills would aid in effective store decoration and visual consistency.
• Previous internship or part-time experience in e-commerce
