About the Team
Responsible for managing all product-related tasks during campaigns, including but not limited to: Mega Campaigns (Product Registration & Price Competitiveness), Industry Campaigns, Shopping Center Campaigns, Brand Campaigns, Creator Campaigns, and others.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Seamless AM Workflow: priority is to address sub-category requests, needs, and pain points, analyzing each task with the guiding principle, "What if I, as an AM, could understand and willingly follow this workflow?"
- Increase Efficiency: regularly auditing workflows and BAU task man-hours to eliminate low-value operational tasks, while consistently driving workflow improvements.
- Value Creation: seeking high-impact tasks by addressing top-down or bottom-up requests for projects aligned with the overall ID or cluster priorities. Collaborating with the XFN team to proactively influence necessary improvements rather than simply following directions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2+ years of proven work experience in marketing and campaign.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital marketing and online advertising, including Content & Affiliates.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
