    As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.     Responsibilities

    1. Store Decoration and Layout:
    • Assist in designing and setting up the visual elements of the online store to enhance customer experience.
    • Ensure a cohesive look and feel aligned with the brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
    1. Product Listing and Inventory Management:
    • Support product listing activities, including uploading product descriptions, images, and attributes accurately.
    • Update product inventory to maintain stock accuracy on the platform.
    1. Price Uploading and Adjustments:
    • Manage product pricing uploads in coordination with the merchandising team to ensure correct pricing is reflected.
    • Regularly monitor pricing across listings and adjust as needed to match promotions or campaigns.
    1. Campaign Nomination and Execution:
    • Nominate products for upcoming promotional campaigns, ensuring products meet the required criteria.
    • Collaborate with the campaign team to ensure all nominated products are appropriately displayed during events.
    1. Data Tracking and Analysis:
    • Track key performance indicators for store campaigns, product listings, and customer engagement.
    • Generate and maintain reports on store activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
    1. Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Communicate effectively with marketing, merchandising, and design teams to ensure store activities align with broader company goals.
    • Assist with troubleshooting any store-related issues, including product discrepancies or technical issues.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
    • Interest in e-commerce and online store management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace - these tools are essential for managing listings, tracking data, and collaborating across teams.
    • Strong attention to detail - needed for ensuring accurate product listings, price uploads, and campaign nominations.
    • Good communication skills - to coordinate effectively with other teams (marketing, merchandising, design).
    • Proactive problem-solving approach - to address issues promptly as they arise in store operations.
    • Can support 4-5 days/week

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with an e-commerce platform - prior experience with platforms would speed up onboarding and make training easier.
    • Knowledge of basic data analysis - familiarity with tracking KPIs and interpreting data trends would help in creating insightful reports.
    • Understanding of digital marketing or merchandising - an understanding of e-commerce promotions, campaigns, or merchandising strategies would be an asset.
    • Creative skills in visual layout/design - basic design or layout skills would aid in effective store decoration and visual consistency.
    • Previous internship or part-time experience in e-commerce or retail - previous relevant experience would provide a smoother transition and enhance contribution from day one.
