Account & Content Management
Manage athletes' TikTok accounts and support them in publishing appropriate, high-quality content aligned with platform trends and best practices.
Consultation & Advisory Support
Provide ongoing consultation to athletes regarding account operations, content strategy, and in-app features, helping them optimize performance and engagement.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with athletes to support long-term success on the platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Over 5+ years of experience in athlete management, talent management, sports marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience working with professional athletes, or a strong track record of established athlete relationships.
Fluency in Korean and high business-level English proficiency.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a strong understanding of digital content platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience or networks in Baseball, Football (Soccer), or Golf preferred; experience in Volleyball or Olympic sports is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
