    Position summary

    ion is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

    We are looking for talented individuals to join the Sales Strategy & Projects team within the MSO organization for an internship in 2024.     Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2024. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship cycles below: https://1.May 20, 2024 to August 9, 2024 https://2.May 27, 2024 to August 16, 2024 https://3.June 10, 2024 to August 30, 2024 We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.     Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the development of monetization strategies through analysis and competitor and market research.
    • Support the MSO team to evolve qualitative and quantitative insights into growth initiative recommendations.
    • Creation of frameworks and content for business and strategy reviews with Monetization Leadership.
    • Engage with other Strategy and Operations members across the region to drive high impact projects for Tiktok's growth.
    • Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
    • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024.
    • Enjoy working in a global, fast paced, data oriented and innovative environment.
    • Knowledge of Sales Operations tasks such as sales management, revenue planning, processes and tools tracking.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Excel and analytical experience.
    • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

    Preferred Qualifications • Graduating December 2024 onwards with the intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship.
