    Overview
    This role is part of the Global Training & Quality team (T&Q). The Head of Global Training Operations will lead a team of Training Designers and Implementation Specialists to deliver high quality, highly effective training materials for teams across our end-to-end quality ecosystem. Candidates should have a strong background in training and a passion for creating and delivering high quality training materials, using a number of learning strategies and methodologies to drive high performance across global teams.
    This role can be based in either Dublin, Ireland or Singapore.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead Global Training Operations to deliver highly effective training solutions for Quality Operations and Moderation Teams, including onboarding, upskilling, performance improvement, and coaching.
    • Partner with T&Q leads and Moderation team leads to identify training and performance improvement needs, and define implementation strategies and plans to address.
    • Design effective onboarding training for new hires across global teams to accelerate effectiveness.
    • Partner with the Policy Training Development Specialist (PTDS) team to take policy aligned material and design training solutions for optimal learning across global teams.
    • Partner with the Learning and Development team in Trust & Safety to develop training solutions for optimal learning across global teams.
    • Deliver continuous improvement feedback to Policy team on OPUS and content.
    • Partner with Quality Operations, Moderation Teams, PTDS and XFN teams to create and implement a strong performance improvement framework that achieves a high performance culture across all stakeholder teams.
    • Design learning materials and mediums to ensure strong readiness and preparation for moderation and quality operational teams
    • Deliver scaled performance training materials and courses
    • Develop coaching and performance frameworks.

    Qualifications

    • Significant global team leadership.
    • Strong people management experience at different levels (5+ years).
    • Expert training professional with a strong passion and track record for delivering training and performance improvement across global teams.
    • Coaching experience/qualification preferred.
    • Strong influencing and stakeholder management ability and experience.
