Position summary

Responsibilities TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. Our Talent Acquisition team is at the forefront of scaling one of the fastest-growing startups globally. We need the brightest recruiting minds to match our rapidly expanding business needs while bringing the best and most diverse talent into the company. As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will connect deeply with the business to learn how TikTok grew into one of the most popular apps in the world. You will develop tailored talent acquisition strategies and lead recruiters and sourcers, as you support the recruiting needs of TikTok's US Safety business. You will also work closely with the business leadership team as well as regional and global HR professionals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, gets excited to take on new challenges, and is a champion for diversity. Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment. - Create strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within TikTok TA mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. - Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet TikTok's business objectives. - Design customized and executable staffing plans while building relationships with the recruiting team. - Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience. - Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting teams and client groups. - Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting teams. - 5+ years of recruiting experience with technical and/or non-technical organizations. - 2+ years experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research. - 2+ years of leadership experience guiding and mentoring recruiting teams. - Experience working with PowerPoint and Excel to create executive recruiting and hiring summaries; ability to turn data into strategic insights and action plans - Experience working in both pipeline and requisition-based environments. - Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. - Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. - Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
