    Position summary

    Acquisition Leader you will connect deeply with the business to learn how TikTok grew into one of the most popular apps in the world. You will develop tailored talent acquisition strategies and lead recruiters and sourcers, as you support the recruiting needs of TikTok's business. You'll work closely with the business leadership team as well as regional and global HR professionals. You will have the opportunity to partner with leaders in content, operations, marketing, and corporate functions.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversight of the global recruitment strategy, operations, and delivery across regions and business units. Partner closely with TikTok Leaders, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional partners to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people & growth strategies.
    • Manage high-performing teams of both Sourcers and Talent Acquisition Partners.
    • Use data, industry knowledge, and experience to identify and attract the best-in-class and diverse talent and influence long-term hiring strategies for the company
    • Provide market insights, including industry mapping and research to improve our competitive position across global talent markets.
    • Vendor management to optimize output and maintain a positive candidate experience through agency partners.
    • Serve as a strategic partner to clients & cross-functional partners in the development of ongoing hiring, operational & retention strategies.
    • Partner with other TA Leads to align around operating models, tackle broader team challenges & projects, and create alignment & collaboration across teams.
    • Help to ideate & execute a diverse hiring strategy in line with key business objectives and serve as subject matter expert around D&I.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience leading global talent acquisition teams, with progressive experience in full-lifecycle talent acquisition and HR
    • 3+ years of experience managing TA Leaders at the Senior Manager level and above
    • Ability to plan and execute a global recruiting strategy, including TA capacity planning, employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and quality control
    • Must have solid business acumen, with the proven ability to translate business priorities into a global recruitment strategy
    • Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right metrics to drive recruitment efficiency worldwide
    • Demonstrated success working with cross-HR teams, including HR Centers of Excellence, to uplift all aspects of the recruitment team, from onboarding experience, C&B competitiveness, TA Operations, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience leading teams of 50 or more TA team members, including sourcing and coordination, preferably a multi-regional, hybrid workforce
    • At least one year of experience leading Recruiting Operations teams, and background in developing strategies and workflows to optimize talent acquisition processes on a global or multi-regional scale
    • Experience leading a global Leadership/Executive Recruiting function is a plus

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $187200 - $345600 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
