Responsibilities - Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with our hiring plans and business timelines. - Use networks to discover and attract experienced, diverse, and ambitious talent to join our team. - Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer and make improvements, when necessary. - A culture ambassador and leader who is able to thrive in our unique company culture, as well as has a keen ability to evaluate cultural aptitude in others. - Entrepreneurial and able to operate autonomously within a framework. - Minimum 6 years full life-cycle hiring experience, preferably within an in-house recruitment team. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. - Self-sufficient and able to work autonomously and cross-functionally within a fast-paced and international team/organization. - Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages. - Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions. - Verbal fluency in both English & Mandarin, preferred.
