We are looking for aspiring Talent Acquisition Partners to join us and build the next highland of the future! The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Trust & Safety team. The Trust & Safety team at TikTok helps ensure that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. What You Will Do - Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate, including staffing, talent development, performance management, employee relations, etc. - Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. - Successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs. - Identify, attract and close candidates that aligned with hiring plans in creative, marketing, design and other business-related roles. - Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or above, with 3+ years recruitment experience. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. - Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages. Desirable Qualifications - Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures. - Experience working in the technical industries.
