am, you will have a key role in supporting the growth and development of the core engineering and product team at TikTok. This position will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and key business stakeholders to design, implement, and drive acquisition strategies based on internal data analyses as well as external market intelligence. Key assets and outputs expected from this role aim to inform talent strategy typically answering questions related to recruitment effectiveness, global workforce market dynamics, talent sourcing intelligence, and skills/jobs analysis. This is a full-time role, hybrid 3-days in office based in our Bellevue office.

#LI-Hybrid The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $97470 - $165680 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
