    Position summary

    Media Platform Team is committed to produce and develop intergrated products within the TikTok Ecosystem. This role will touch and span across TikTok Product, Design, Markets Expansion, and TikTok LIVE.

    The TikTok LIVE Talent Acquisition Team builds a team of some of the best Product Managers, Regional Operations, Data Analysts, Customer Service, Project Management at all levels. You will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.     This role is a 12-month contract assignment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical and non-technical talents of all levels.
    2. Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers and other Talent Sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships.
    3. Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques).
    4. Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
    5. Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
    6. Be the ambassador of TikTok's culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualification

    • Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. LinkedIn, other social media, or forums) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space and output target company's mapping list.
    • Ability to contribute efficiently with strong data sense in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail.

    Preferred Qualification

    • Minimum 1 year of international sourcing experience, preferably related to operational or product manager roles in internet companies. Candidates that come with agency experience are welcome as well.
