Team Introduction Video Cloud Infra team, facing business experience and cost, builds a competitive video transmission network and multimedia processing platform, builds data foundation and analysis capabilities, drives product refined operation, reduces costs and increases efficiency.

Responsibilities

• lead a team of live streaming client SDK engineers on the technical side.
• Lead the team to provide the solution to serve our business partners, design, build, and maintain efficiency for live streaming SDK requirements and optimize the user experience.
• Drive internal process improvements and automate processes for live streaming SDK. Work efficiently with different cross-functional partners. Requirements
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or relevant field, 5+ years of audio/video process client SDK experience
• 3+ years of team management experience , including goal setting, alignment, team motivation, and collaboration
• Good programming experience with at least one of the following languages: C, C++ or Android, IOS Platform
• Familiar with the following is preferred: delay, stutter, CPU, memory, stability, continuity, network traffic ,audio/video quality .
• Strong ability to communicate, work well under pressure and strong project management.
