Position summary

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. 1. Develop user-interfaces and technical infrastructure for TikTok Live on PC/ Mobile Devices, including Middle platform, Operating platform, Products for users, Events with Multi-scales and etc. 2. Coordinate the technical management of one/multiple live business sub-directions (such as basic community, revenue, operation, etc.), participate in business target planning, dismantling, landing and be responsible for the final result. 3. Participate in team technical planning, core tech plan designing and technical architecture. Coordinate resources and division of work. 4. Participate in technical team building, personnel training, team influence building and team management. 5. Improve the efficiency in cross-region communication. 1. At least 4+ years experience in Front-end development. Excellent system architecture design ability, capable of rapid learning and experience transfer. 2. Having excellent service-awareness, learning ability, communication, and collaboration ability, and English language skills to use in communication and collaboration. 3. Good to have experience in multi-end (Native/PC/Server) development and leading large-scale, complicated projects. 4. Good to have experience in the live streaming industry. 5. Advantageous to have in-depth experience in leading and building high-performance engineering teams.
