Position summary

1. Design anti-fraud rules and model strategies to combat various risks including reseller, buyer-seller collusion, scams and malicious behaviors 2. Own the vision and roadmap of the user credit rating system and determine suitable application areas to reduce business loss and improve the experience of high value customers 3. Identify low coverage issues and iterate modeling or rules to combat fraud both at a real-time and off-line process 4. Reduce capital loss and improve metrics related to risk exposure by building systematic framework of risk labels to cover the entire life-cycle of business processes 5. Conduct data mining to analyze and mine potential risk areas, and be responsible for the coverage and precision of risk identification solustions 6. Research best practices of risk control techniques and keep a close monitor of regional trends 7. Drive cross-regional collaboration and cross-functional collaboration by working closely with legal, operation, data analysts, algorithm engineers and parallel product teams 1. Bachelor degree or above. Background in Math/Statistics/Computer Science/Operation Research highly preferred 2. At least 1 year experience in Ecommerce fraud control; in-depth knowledge of SEA or EMEA regions is a huge plus 3. Proficiency in SQL is required; Foundamental stats/math knowledge is also required 4. Equipped with in-depth knowledge of Ecommerce security and risk types and able to modify according to the unique business models and different market environments of TikTok commerce 5. Highly proactive and responsible; have passion for risk control and have a strong sense of justice 6. English proficiency is required and any second language ability is preferred 7. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions 8. Quick understanding of new fraudulent motives and sensible to diagnose key control points
