Tiktok Monetization PMO team supports the key Monetization programs. We are deeply involved in the most business impacting technical and go-to-market projects, helping to build a sustainable growth business.

Responsibilities • Build new features that touch hundreds of millions of people around the world • Solve unique, large-scale, highly complex technical problems • Partner with PMs, designers, engineers from different teams on building backend support for mobile application • Participate in technical discussions related to team's product and engineering work • Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience • Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment. • Experience with coding in Python, Java, Golang, C#, or C++ • Solid technical background and the ability to quickly understand technical designs, challenges and risks. • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership, who can develop and lead a new initiative from the ground up; self-initiating; thrive in ambiguity. • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management, trust building, and verbal/written communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications • Curiosity towards new technologies and entrepreneurship • High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $135000 - $202700 annually.​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
