This role is based 5 days in our Munich office.
- Writes narratives, scripts, Ads and newsletter
- Write clear, concise and exciting messaging that reflects the personality of TikTok and showcases our exciting offering
- Collaborate with cross-function colleagues to bring storytelling to the next level, including providing editorial support
- Adapt creative ideas based on KPIs, facts and figures
- Expresses ideas with clarity; on brand; on message and targeted to audience
- Proactively identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients
- Strong network to Germany partners and strong knowledge of the Germany commerce industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity.
- Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference) , practical experience in the social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories.
- Fluent in English and German; Cross cultural communication and collaboration skills working cross functionally in a global working environment.
