    TikTok Shop is seeking a dynamic and highly analytical candidate to oversee our Live Streaming initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management and data analysis skills to drive our live streaming projects in the market. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, developing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of live streaming initiatives.

    • Drive the live streaming project management, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
    • Conduct detailed data analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, project management, and cross-functional units to drive project success.
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

    Qualifications

    Minimum requirements:

    • Experience in strategy, data analytics, project management, or a related field, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
    • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Experience with live streaming platforms and understanding of the EU market is a plus.

    Preferred requirements:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to frequent changes.
