Responsibilities:
- Design policies and governance strategies for one or multiple domains among Product Compliance, Product Quality, or Product Safety.
- Create proactive monitoring programs based on quantitative data analysis to minimize product compliance, product quality, or product safety issues.
- Define operational metrics, indicators, and own dashboard to monitor various aspects of the above operation effectiveness and efficiency.
- Building up the implementation process and working closely with cross-functional partners, such as product teams, to optimize enforcement system efficiencies.
- Responsible for other cross-functional communications and data reporting for this domain.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or equivalent degree.
- Experience on e-commerce governance strategies or policy-making.
- Experience in related domains, including Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policymaking and Operations Management, or Ecommerce Strategy, Seller or Product Growth, Risk, Compliance, or Experience programs.
- Stakeholder and program management skills, to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to achieve results.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in explaining complex solutions in a simple way and ability to influence others without authority.
- Ability to navigate successfully in ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
