About the team E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Global eXperience Center is part of the Governance and Experience organization and aligned with Governance and Experience organization direction, which is to build a customer-centric organization. As a global experience center, we will strengthen our global capabilities to enable business success and empower our regional teams with global expertise, policies, tools, and frameworks.

We are looking for a Business Analyst role to be responsible for building the metrics reporting system to help drive business reviews and decision making. This position will provide key analytical, reporting, forecasting support for the group and will be responsible for developing reporting and variance analysis regarding weekly/monthly/bi-monthly statistics, provide support & recommendations regarding performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve ad hoc Business Analysis requests.
  • Develop new tools to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Support the business with time-critical data analysis and improve business operations.
  • Maintain the integrity of experience data and put checks in place to ensure accuracy.
  • Apply a broad range of analytical techniques to identify business critical trends and insights.
  • Create dashboards and reports to facilitate easy exploration of data that is relevant to the team's ongoing operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for data analysis methods and tools, alongside the best practices for data visualization.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.
  • BA/BS degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in business analysis, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles.
  • Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, and presentation and communication skills in front of leadership and clients.
  • Eager to learn, initiative taker and problem-solver.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
