About the Team
Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Oversight of the E-Commerce content standards and evaluation system. Lead a team to proactively identify problems and improve content optimization, creator growth and consumer experience.
2. Establish content quality monitoring, moderation of product listing ecosystem and content traffic. Identify potential low-quality content trends through quantitative data analysis, qualitative observation, and in-depth analysis of E-Commerce short video and live content.
3. Drive collaboration with cross-functional and global teams to build content distribution strategy and optimize personalized content recommendations (including content quality control, creator management, etc.).
1. Bachelor degree or above, candidates who major in journalism, data, and statistics are preferred.
2. At least 5-8 years technology industry work experience.
3. People management experience in managing multi-cultural/multi-location teams.
4. Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.
5. Demonstrated past success working in a matrix environment and ability to influence key stakeholders.
6. Strong data analysis ability, proficient in SQL, EXCEL, and other data & statistics tools.
7. Deep understanding of the short video or live streaming industry.
