Position summary

The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our commercial team in UK, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together. The position of Studio Manager (SM) is seen as an integral position within the organisation. The SM will be responsible for the total oversight of a specific studio. The studio manager will report to the UK studio lead and will be responsible for the smooth operations across 3 x studios in our London studios. You will also carry a key eye for business and help the UK Studio Lead in the roadmap of UK Studio Operations. This will include being extremely organised and vigilant when collecting data across all of our live shows. Key Responsibilities: - Liaising with the booking co-ordinator to ensure all monthly contractor ROTAs are kept up to date - Daily statistic management and presentation across all of our studios - Identifying trends within the statistics to develop improvements and feedback within studios. - Ensuring all studios are well kept and managed by our studio leads and assistants. - Managing projects from our academy initiative working closely with Creator and Account Managers - Liaising with clients and internal teams to understand business and project needs - Assessing client briefs and assigning designers to a project - Assisting on the creative production side when needed and meeting with team members for feedback - Creating and implementing monthly deadlines, project goals, expectations and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery - Working with head of UK Studio Ops to develop plans for future usage for UK Studio Operations - To manage contractor invoices and contracts - To offer feedback to local team about technical improvements of UK studios Requirements: - A good understanding of e-commerce and live streaming - A creative mind to invent innovative concepts and campaigns - Strong leadership to ensure that all stakeholders work towards a common brand or project vision - Excellent time-management and organisational skills, as they often work on multiple projects simultaneously - Good understanding of what it requires to work in a large team - Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce and live-streaming - The ability to cope well under pressure - Knowledge of relevant software programs, for instance, streaming software, camera and audio production. - Good presentation skills to present effective pitches - Creative thinker, articulate and persuasive and able to communicate operational initiatives and outcomes to a broad range of stakeholder groups. - Confident (not essential) in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro
