The TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team is in charge of managing TikTok Shop Partners - agencies who service merchants on TikTok Shop - and responsible for partners' performance. We are looking for an experienced account manager to onboard, incubate and support TikTok Shop Partners in the UK market.
The role TikTok Shop Partnership Development and Operations Manager is to expand and drive the TSP ecoystem through business development, training and project management. This position sits cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support in matchmaking TSPs with merchants on the platform. This candidate will take part in onboarding and education of partners, from smaller TikTok savvy agencies to 'big six' media companies. You will become an expert on social commerce and all things TikTok Shop to support our partners and help them to onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform. The position requires data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on TikTok Shop.
