    Position summary

    We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an intern role in 2025. The Fashion Operations team is responsible for managing and scaling merchants on the platform, as well as adding more suppliers and merchants to expand the marketplace selection.     Responsibilities:

    • Support boosting videos and live streams to enhance visibility and engagement and collaborate with creators to optimize content performance.
    • Engage in core project initiatives, utilizing traffic tools effectively to increase merchant traffic.
    • Assist in the design, launch, management, and post-campaign review of marketing campaigns.
    • Provide support to fashion merchants in understanding platform rules, campaigns, and educational resources.
    • Manage and operate group communications to educate and guide merchants and potentially host seller webinars to support merchant growth and development.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications;

    • Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026.
    • Must be available in June 2025 for 12 weeks
    • Understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop from a customer perspective/in-app experience
    • Experience working with Excel and delivering actionable insights
    • Data-driven, strong execution with attention to detail, good communication, collaborative, and good time management skills

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of content, especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other content-driven platforms.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Super self-driven, able to work under pressure and enjoy building things from scratch
