- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new creator agencies and business partnerships for TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together with the agencies as a partner while building good relationships with them.
- Formulate agency strategies based on market and competitive research
- Develop new creator agencies and entertainment agencies and form partnerships with them
- Provide support for LIVE distribution activities, such as preparing reports for agencies and entertainment agencies
- Creation of manuals and community guidelines for agencies and entertainment agencies
- Conduct workshops for agencies and entertainment agencies
- Management of goals and KPI and data analysis
- Planning and execution of other related measures
Qualifications
- Experience in the live-streaming industry
- Experience in managing partnership with creative agencies
- Experience in people management / leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an international and diverse environment
- Experience in B2B new business sales is advantageous
- Bilingual talent, able to communicate in both Chinese and English effectively to facilitate external communication with non-English speaking or non-Chinese speaking agencies
