About the Team You and your team are working on creating a safe and exciting livestreaming experience for our creators and community! Livestreaming brings new ways for the TikTok community to create deeper interactions and closer relationships, especially between creators and the community. Our mission is make it easier and safe for our creators to create unique and useful content, while enabling users and fans to interact and to directly support them. Roles & Responsibilities - Identify issues that cause friction for user/creator/agencies of livestreaming on TikTok, through working closely with stakeholders and data analysis - Scope and execute projects to improve user/creator/agencies experience, including creating world-class tools and initiatives that facilitate their use of our platform - Collect, analyze, and interpret customer service data to identify trends and business or operational improvement opportunities for the business - Communicate and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders globally to ensure our initiatives and projects are executed well. This includes setting up cross-functional workflows that are regular and seamless - Coordinate closely with regional stakeholders to deliver solutions to region-specific requirements and needs - Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in sociology, psychology, economics, statistics, economic management, mathematics, journalism, or related fields), with over 2 years of relevant work experience in the service industry - Excellent data analysis, analytics execution, and communication skills: you are able to present complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You also possess a proven track record of creating reports and visualizations that deliver insights and recommendations - Knowledge of User Research methods and common Data Analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau): you have done in-depth research and experience using these methods and tools - Demonstrated ability to come up with constructive, outcome-oriented solutions that solve complex problems involving multiple stakeholders: you are able to influence stakeholders to adopt a solution, while managing for constraints and trade-offs - Experience in coping with complex business challenges: you demonstrate a high level of knowledge and curiosity in your professional field, along with strong logical thinking and ability to handle complexity - Preferred - knowledge of customer experience principles and user research methodologies; project management training and experience TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
