    Position summary

    ream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design product based on the understanding of motivations and needs of different layers of paied users.
    • Unearth hidden user value through data analysis of paid user and live creator's characteristics, build effective measures to guide payments.
    • Participate in mathmatical design of features targeted at different group of paid users and creators, collaborate to achieve growth target of both paid user and creators-with-income.
    • Write PRDs, coordinate resources with cross-functional teams and drive the requirement's developing, testing and launching, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree or above, at least 3 years of revenue product/UG strategy/data analysis related work experience in the mobile internet industry.
    • Able to think and communicate logically; are sensitive to data and can accurately grasp customer psychology. Possess the ability to break down and learn new things quickly.
    • Strong in execution, have good communication and project management skills, can collaborate cross-functional resources to solve problems and push projects to deliver results on time.
