    Position summary

It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Thoroughly understand the needs of different stages of livestream creators, analyze pain points and potential opportunities for creator growth. Utilize product and strategic methods to assist creators in their growth, effectively increasing their performance and activity level.
    2. Responsible for strategizing throughout the entire lifecycle of creators, including but not limited to researching and implementing strategies for creators with different activity levels and at different development stages.
    3. Clearly define and continuously iterate core metrics for creators, ensuring their ecosystem remains healthy and experiences sustainable growth. Accountable for the diversity and well-being of the creator ecosystem.
    4. In charge of building and promoting strategic products for livestream creators, which include audience insights, monitoring and alerts, strategy research and configuration, as well as strategy retrospectives. These functionalities support creator growth and efficient diagnosis and optimization of business enhancement.
    5. Work closely with R&D, product operations, strategic teams, and regional operations to manage independent creator management projects. Drive the implementation of product capabilities and anchor diagnostic and optimization strategies. This role involves devising product plans, defining requirements, monitoring development progress, conducting testing, and providing training during promotion.
    6. Establish reasonable data measurement indicators, continuously monitor and explore the efficiency and logical optimization of various functional modules. Innovate product models and iterate business processes constantly. Collaborate efficiently and swiftly with project teams to achieve business objectives.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, with 3 years or more experience in user-side product management, including experience in platform and strategic product backgrounds, with a preference for experience in traffic strategy and creator strategy.
    • Possess excellent product design and business understanding skills. Capable of identifying and driving solutions to problems through data or processes.
    • Strong logical thinking skills, able to effectively communicate key issues in cross-team collaborations and drive implementation.
    • Demonstrated project management and ability to handle pressure. Capable of understanding various stakeholders' needs and integrating resources to achieve cross-department cooperation.
