Position summary

Livestreaming Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, serving hundreds of millions of users on TikTok and other ByteDance international products. 1. Contribute towards TikTok LIVE virtual gift inventory (Global and Regional), including but not limited to the introduction and promotion of new virtual gifts, impact gift related metrics and live streaming revenue metrics. 2. Draft, execute and refine strategies that support our growing virtual gift revenue. 3. Analyse virtual gift sales data from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective. 4. Co-ordinate, advise, support our international regional peers in optimising regional LIVE streaming virtual gift inventory. 5. Co-operate with data, design, engineering, product and other teams to formulate, implement and key revenue related projects. 1. 3 years of relevant experience in either a product operations, product marketing or similar roles in an internet company. Ideally to have experience in livestreaming or pan-entertainment industry. 2. Analytic, logical, inquisitive with strong problem solving skills, experience working with SQL and advanced proficiency in data visualisations or Excel. 3. Highly motivated, independent thinker, good cross-cultural understanding with strong project ownership. 4. Proven track record of operations at scale, good cross-team collaboration & communication.
