About the team
In this role you will be responsible for the execution of assortment growth operations including target assortment identification and evaluate the potential of product identification methodolody

Responsibilities

• Be part of the team in charge of Malaysia TikTok Shop's assortment growth strategy and operations
• Responsible for the execution of assortment growth operations, including target assortment identification, Cluster team collaborations, and assortment support resources operations
• Responsible for analytics of assortment growth operations, including evaluation of potential product identification methodology, evaluation of support resources effectiveness, and deep dive analysis per Cluster situations

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years and plus working experience. E-commerce assortment operations experience is strongly preferred
• Fluent with Excel-based analytics and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Eager to learn and always up to take on new challenges. Experience in dynamic and fast-changing working environments is strongly preferred
• Open to flexible working arrangement outside of regular working hours per business requirements, and open to business travels
